So, in Thailand, how is the law enforced?

For Thailand, using AI to change faces or create pornography is a mismatch.ร.บ. Preliminary as follows

• Rule 14(4) is to import into a computer where any material of a pornographic nature and computer information is accessible to the general public. The maximum penalty is imprisonment of not more than 5 years and a fine of not exceeding 100,000 bats.
• Rule 16 Anyone imported into a commonly populated computer system may have access to computer information that appears to be someone else's image, and that image is created by creating, intercepting, filling in, or modifying it by electronic or other means, a way that may harm the other person's reputation, contempt, hatred, or disgrace. The maximum punishment is imprisonment for no more than 3 years, compensation not exceeding 200,000 bucks.
